I was a new patient, so a little anxious after going to the same dentist for over twenty years. I was pleasantly surprised. Staff was super friendly and Dr. Smith was excellent. Very extensive examination. Will be going back.

Excellent Dental Care! The staff is very professional and friendly. Dr. Poisal, Dr. Katelyn and Dr. Brian are wonderful. I have TMJ and they all have been so patient and kind with me. Dr. Poisal knew exactly what to do when my jaw locked up on me after a crown procedure. I'm so thankful to have found this dental office.

I Love this office and team, everyone is Very Professional and pleasant. My front teeth were broken and now they are beautiful!! My prior dentist retired and I went to several other dentist for routine care and was not happy with the experience, I am so thankful for finding Loganville Family Dentistry!!

The service was great. I was very pleased with my visit. They took all time needed and made it feel as my case was their most important of the day. The were prompt, knowledgeable and kind. The equipment and office were modern and clean. I will be following up with them and recommend this office and employees to anyone needing dental care.

I called to schedule a visit ,asked if my Insurance was in network, they said yes, I was booked within 1 day, that should've been a red flag, not even enough time for me to call my insurance just to confirm. At 5:30pm got a voicemail no details left just to contact them but how if they called me during their closing hours. No detail message left. The day of the appointment while setting up the tech mentioned my insurance was out of network (Metlife) to my surprised I was not mentioned during the time of check in, went to the front office I was upset asked why I was not informed, she said "Due to Hippa? They couldn't leave me a detail message" is not a public phone is my personal phone and I should've been informed right away. That was not professional, I felt they were trying to hide it from me a 6 months cleaning service as a New Patient I was mislead, was told it was not going to be as much then added a coupon of $50 off to paid $28.0 during the time of service this was back in March. my bill came in May it was $190.00 due to the amount of xtra charges they sent to my dental insurance , was not deep cleaning it was 6 month follow up also had the xrays from Previous Dentist ,is already May had to go and pay another Dentist to have another cleaning thats how bad the service was Advised Be honest with New clients so you can keep them. Do not recommend
