Loganville Comprehensive Treatment Center

I have been a patient here for almost a month and i must say this facility has changed my life already. i have always felt misunderstood and had a lack of hope in receiving treatment and care that would actually help. this program has changed my life and my outlook on getting help i needed. Amber at the front desk is amazing. she has a great memory and makes sure all your concerns and questions are answered and she’s always more than happy to assist. she’s the best. shanna is also incredible at checking in and making sure you’re where you need to be. the counselor Ken is amazing. super personable and easy to talk to. ken always makes you feel understood and is full of helpful resources. this team is the best. you won’t be disappointed with these people on your side. thank you CTC.

This place legit gave me my life back…. Never thought I’d be able to say this but I now have over 7 months clean!! Mr. Pierce is awesome, and the entire staff is amazing. Amber is literally the BEST!! She never misses, always remembers my # (sometimes more than me) and is on-top of everything. This whole place is high quality

Hands-down, no question these people are gods angels. Amber, the receptionist at the front will make you feel comfortable and right at home Jimmy the counselor really has a passion for helping people at their time of need. Megan, the nurse really cares about her patients And their well-being and comfortability. Beth is a rockstar and the owner is not just out here to make money. I would recommend this treatment center to everyone in the Loganville community.they are saving lives every day! Love you guys!

This place has really gone down hill since I started almost 2 years ago. When I started, the staff was so caring & understanding. I never felt like I was being judged or got treated like an addict. Now when I go in there, it literally gives me anxiety. I have been turned away for not having $6 for an entire weekend & the other day I literally had a balance of 40 cents & that was even a problem. They don't care anymore. I feel like all they care about is money & not actually helping their patients anymore. When I went in today there were bright greens signs ALL OVER THE DOOR saying, You need to turn around & leave if you don't have your payment. No exceptions. I'm sorry, but how can you do that to someone that is literally coming to you for help. All that's doing is stressing the patient out even more. Regardless, we pay this clinic every single week and have been every week for almost 2 years straight without missing a single day. I just don't know what to do anymore and I'm about ready to give up.

I have transferred to this clinic with my wife. Our previous clinic was within walking distance from our home , so this new clinic is about a 15 minute drive. However, their superior knowledge of opioid addiction and managing pain along with having a LIFE , and the fabulous treatment of their clients is well worth the few extra miles! I am always greeted with a smile and both my wife and I are dosed and on the way home in an average of 5 minutes flat! They answer questions thoroughly and don't make you feel like you are "bothering" them. After the horrific abuse we suffered at our last clinic, this place is a refreshing breath of fresh air! They could not be more appropriately named because they are the place to go if you are looking for a Brand New Start!
