I cannot say enough great things about Michelle. From the moment I sat in her chair, she was warm, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to explain my face shape and helped me understand which styles would suit me best, not just what’s trendy, but what would actually complement me. Plus, she brought my natural curls out! I am in LOVE! Before cutting, she did a full assessment of the health of my hair and walked me through the products she used, explaining how each one would help. What I really appreciated was that she never pressured me to buy anything. Instead, she gave honest advice about what to look for and avoid if I chose to pick something up on my own. The shampoo experience was next level relaxing, thanks to the amazing head and scalp massage. I could have stayed in that chair all day. She was just as amazing with my daughter, who got a haircut and some sparkly “fairy hair” (tinsel). Michelle was so patient and gentle, making the whole experience fun and special. All around, Michelle is a true gem. She is friendly, skilled, and someone I absolutely trust with my hair. I am already looking forward to my next appointment.

Hello, I am adjusting my original review. Although Mimi communicated well and did a consultation the final result three days later is basically zero. Actually the next day was zero for my perm. I did as she suggested and covered my hair with a cap when I went to sleep. When I woke up and took the cap off, no curls at all. I think the error is that not enough hair was used on each roller. I requested larger rollers because I wanted larger curls. Because very thin strand of hair were used on big rollers resulted in zero curls. So a suggestion would be to definitely use more hair on the larger curlers.

It’s hard finding a consistent hair stylist. She is so welcoming and knows what she is doing. She’s a perfectionist which keeps me at ease. Recommend. This is my second visit and it has been wonderful. See you in two months for a touch up 😌

Michelle always knows how to get a girl feeling beautiful again. I will choose her every time. She knows what she is doing 100% of the time and does an amazing job doing it 10/10 would recommend to anyone!!
