Would give more stars if I could! Everyone from the front office staff to Dr Phelps was wonderful. It's rare these days to call a doctors office and find front office staff that are caring and willing to work you into fully booked day. That's what you get when you call Dr Phelps office. My daughters battle painful ingrown toenails and each time they have gotten them in the same day or the next day. Dr Phelps takes time to sit and explain everything and doesn't rush in and out like some doctors. So glad we have found Dr Phelps and his wonderful staff!!! I have to add to my review-- when leaving the appointment my car wouldn't start. I didn't know what to do as I didn't have jumper cables. Dr Phelps took the time & came out and jump started my car. Now that's caring on every level!! Dr Phelps & his staff are incredible!!!!

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Phelps and their entire team. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. Dr. Phelps took the time to listen to my concerns, explained my condition VERY clearly, and outlined a treatment plan that made me feel confident and at ease. The office was clean, well-organized, and efficiently run, with minimal wait time.

I had a great experience here. The front desk staff was welcoming, the wait time was reasonable, and the office was clean. The doctor Phelps was very patient and knowledgeable, and I didn’t feel rushed at all. They explained my treatment options clearly and made sure I felt comfortable with the plan. I’m already feeling better and will definitely be coming back. 10/10 would recommend!

Dr. Phelps is amazing! Super knowledgeable, patient, and easy to talk to. He really takes the time to explain things and makes you feel comfortable. The entire staff is just as great. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and make the whole experience feel easy from start to finish. Such a great office overall. Highly recommend!

My appointment with Dr. Phelps today for a second opinion was exceptional. He is an excellent doctor. He explains everything in detail and recommends the best solution to your condition. Deborah the receptionist is a sweetheart. Her personality and care for the patients is exceptional. She is very patient and helpful to anything that you need!
