Call ahead to make sure they could see me before closing time, which they said they could get me in if I arrived before 4. I arrived at 3:50 with the door locked. Great customer service.

Went in waited for ten minutes someone walks in and they helped them before me . I don't understand how that is even normal. They didn't even have an appointment either . I walked out, not going to waste my money on a place like that.

After signing in and waiting long enough for my 5yo girls to get sleepy I was told by a lady that she doesn't cut little girls hair, then she asked another lady if she cuts girls hair and she said she didn't have time. Clearly says on window that they cut children's hair which is why I came there. 😈

My hair is fried I have natural curls i got a perm today by carol and it's fried and my front dont have curls in my bangs it looks like someone that has never done a perm done my hair and I was charged $95 and when I calld her to get her cell # so I could send her a pitcher of my hair she hasn't yet she knows she messed my hair up it looks dead
