I wouldn’t recommend this salon for women with long, thick hair. My hair was not sectioned at all during the trim, and it was brushed from the roots to the ends, which caused significant tangling and a large knot. While the staff were very friendly, I was ultimately unhappy with the haircut and overall experience.

Not good service , if you can’t handle cutting kids hair then find another job! And on top of that you had to know how shitty this hair cut was that you had to wet it so i wouldn’t see the hack job you did on my sons hair until after it was dry . Very unprofessional.

I started to come about 3 months ago and I met Valerie, since then she has become my favorite hair cutter, awsome woman, she knows what a hair cut is all about. I wish I can get the coupons like every month, other than that awesome.

Went recently to get myself a haircut and not happy with the way it looks. The hairstylist was nice but felt rushed almost like she was in a hurry! She added layers to my hair but now it looks chopped on one side. This isn’t the first time I’ve went there and they messed up my hair, I kept saying I would never go back but I go back anyways just because maybe it was the certain person doing my hair but nope I’ve had different hairstylists and had bad experiences each time. They also messed up my daughters hair I had to take her to a different haircut salon to get her hair fixed. Also she didn’t part my hair in the middle my hair looks uneven. One side looks like it has layers and the other side doesn’t.

The haircut, the stylist, and timeliness (check in, wait time, time in the chair, etc.) was all great, BUT I WAS NOT PLEASED WITH THE CHECK-OUT! I received an on-line coupon for a $8.99 haircut, but the computer system WOULD NOT ACCEPT IT! Kelly, the stylist, said that they had a lot of coupon rejections recently! WHAT'S UP WITH THAT? Don't send me a coupon for a reduced price to lure me in, then not accept it after my hair has been cut!
