I was referred to Dr. Shah in December for a cataract surgery consultation. The staff at the Loganville office, from the front desk to the OR scheduler, was incredibly friendly and efficient. Dr. Shah was amazing; he took his time to explain the procedure thoroughly, which put me completely at ease. Deciding to have my surgery with him was the best decision. Dr. Shah and his team truly go out of their way to accommodate patients and ensure they feel comfortable. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I saw Dr. Sejal Patel and her staff yesterday, and I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked into the office, the front desk staff was very friendly, welcoming, and professional, which immediately made me feel comfortable. When I was called to the back, the nurse who assisted me was very polite and attentive. She asked all the appropriate questions, listened carefully, and made sure all of my information was accurate before the doctor came in. When I met with Dr. Patel, she was extremely kind, patient, and professional. She took the time to listen to my concerns, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and performed a very detailed examination. I never felt rushed, and she explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. It was clear that she genuinely cares about her patients and wants to provide the best care possible. The entire visit was very pleasant and well organized. I truly appreciated the kindness and professionalism shown by everyone in the office. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Patel to my family and friends, and I was very happy with my visit.
