This was a visit for my wife to discuss two topics. While there my wife discussed one of the topics and received good feedback from Britney Dupree. However, we forgot to discuss the 2nd topic. While we were checking out, we remembered and tried to ask Britney quickly. We were instructed by Britney's assistant that we would have to make another appointment. This was very disappointing and it made us feel like all they wanted from us was to make another appointment so that they could receive another full payment from our insurance company. I strongly felt that they should have rather stated that if we could wait a few minutes till she is finished with her next patient, then she could address my wife's 2nd topic. I believe that would have been the professional respectful courteous suggestion.
