Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

I live in this area, passed by them for four years straight, and on today, decided to give them a try around lunchtime a little to my surprise. The food was delicious. I had a prime rib, steak burger combo It was fresh, good quality, plentiful, flavorful, I really enjoyed the experience my fries were fresh and my shake was delicious 10 out of 10. We’ll try again.

Product Quality and Value Concerns Overall, my experience at Freddy’s has been mixed. While the employees generally appear friendly and courteous, I am uncertain whether customer concerns would be meaningfully addressed if an issue were raised. My primary concern is food quality and value. The chicken is inconsistent and often has an off or unpleasant taste. More often than not, I leave regretting the purchase, which is not acceptable for a restaurant operating at this price point. The fries are well-prepared, but they are heavily processed, unhealthy, and overpriced. Quite frankly, I can prepare better fries at home using fresh potatoes and basic seasoning at a fraction of the cost. At present, the only consistently enjoyable items appear to be the fries and ice cream, both of which are priced at a premium. This raises a broader concern regarding the business model. When core menu items lack consistency and value, while only select side items perform well, it undermines customer confidence and long-term loyalty. Based on consistency, quality, and overall value, this experience warrants a one-star rating. I hope corporate leadership takes this feedback seriously and evaluates product standards, pricing strategy, and quality control across locations.

Great experience, my daughter LOVES the worms and mud/dirt sundae. Its ice cream with gummy worms and chocolate crumbles(brownies or Oreos). Most importantly, the service at the drive thru was top notch!

If you value you them getting your order right, your tacos or hot dogs being put together or anything being cleanly do not come her, or any fast food place on this highway, must be something in the water… looking at you Arby’s

I saw this place as I drove to tires Plus across the street. It looked clean and like a fun place. I waited till they opened for lunch. I'd been thinking of the frozen custard and steakburger sign. I went in and ordered ... Yep you guessed it a delicious fried fish sandwich and some piping hot tatortots a Pepsi and a shake. It was pricey but it was good. The whole crew was friendly especially the cashier. Thanks everyone
