The restaurant was super clean, food was made fresh, my first time eating here 10 out of 10. I’ll eat here again. I was able to retrieve a coupon off of the app. Buy one burger get one for free.

When I say the workers in there just have no respect talking about something a customer ask for like a simple bag for peanuts so it don’t fall then they make it into a production because other customers have ask and fill up the bags with peanuts. Customers pay for good service not for gossiping about current and previous customers. It cost nothing to be polite.

I had a taste for a burger but I didn't want fast food necessarily. I haven't had five guys since I decided not to eat meat. I was looking for a thin steak burger. They only have 100% fresh beef. The staff was kind and helpful explaining how everything works. I was told a medium fry could feed 3-4 people. I would say back in day, yes. I believe it feeds 2 nowadays. You could stretch it to 3 if you had to. I was able to select my toppings and choose between original and Cajun fries. Cajun is my recommendation. You can select a double patty or single. I recommend a single, even for a guy. The customer service was good but the food didn't hit the spot like I was hoping. If I decide I want a burger, I'll fire up the grill or make a smash burger myself. If I was out and about, I would recommend giving them a try. It was decent in my opinion. Price is on the higher side but doable.

My hubby and I decide to get a burger before going grocery shopping. The ordering was fine ( no emotion... just blah..)The young lady on the grill that cooked and prepared our food was great ,talkative and happy. She got our order done ,fries were hot and fresh burger delish. The other employees were in the back talking and left her by herself. The young lady after serving us stayed busy, cleaning and wiping things down.I would like to give her a high five for doing her job well.

We visited store location #GA-0437 on 3/19/26 at 8:22pm. Upon arrival, a young lady greeted us and took our order. After she recorded the order for three burgers and four fries, she relayed it to an older African American woman working at the burger station. When she received the order, she responded loudly, "That's a lot of fries!" This was not an issue on its own. However, what followed was unprofessional and unnecessary. She then went on a rant for the duration of my visit, which I estimate to be 20 to 25 minutes. She expressed frustration about how she personally would order fries and criticized how some people don’t know how to order food. Her rant continued as she shared her opinion on how I should have ordered. When a young helper asked her which burger had the large fries and which had the small fries, she loudly responded, "Look, I don’t care. Just put them in the bag and let him figure it out!" We received our order from the young lady who had initially taken it, and I told her I would speak to management regarding her conduct. Upon arriving at my residence, my kids went to open the sandwiches, and we noticed that the hamburgers looked like flatbread sandwiches. I then threw away the $72.73 order because I did not trust that the food was safe to eat. On Saturday, 3/21/26, I returned to Five Guys to file my complaint, where I met with GM Scott. During our conversation, Scott informed me that he had already received a complaint about the incident. I respectfully requested the employee's name so I could issue a formal complaint, and I was provided with the name and her title. Now this is where my jaw would hit the floor! When I learned this person was a manager! Having someone with this unprofessional attitude and unkempt appearance managing young, impressionable kids is concerning. Five Guys, please do better!
