If I could leave zero stars, I would. I placed a delivery order through the app. When it arrived, all three sandwiches ordered were wrong and included ingredients that should not have been on there. That's fine, whatever. Worst of all, however, one of the sandwiches had two long blonde hairs in it in two different bites. We were disgusted and threw the food away and tried to call the store to let them know and request a refund. The store took zero accountability and said I should take it up with Uber to request a refund. How is it Uber's fault that there are multiple hairs in the middle of my sandwich? Also, since the store had the sandwiches delivered through Uber, I have no receipt from Uber or way to request support since I didn't place the Uber order directly. Absolutely terrible customer service and improper food handling at this store. Make sure you're careful and check each bite if you choose to get food from here.

It’s been a long time since I’ve seen such a well organized firehouse. The employees were kind and helpful. The restrooms and tables were clean. The food was perfect. Thank you for the attention to detail. I also saw several employees coming in, each one seemed happy. That’s a sign of leadership and management, and that’s so uncommon these days - well done.

Do not use these fools. Spoke to Kat and she said I would have to talk to doordash since they delivered the food. Took one bite of the soggy sandwich and only tasted onion

Came into at 6:45 pm for a quick sandwich. By 7:15 still didn’t have a sandwich, and when we got it, we ordered without onions and it was covered with grilled onions. We had to send it back, and it took more time - my husband was done with his before mine arrived. The music was so incredibly loud you couldn’t hear the table talk. No one was waiting but later there was a line of people without food. They certainly were not short staffed as there were 6 behind the counter. We visit this firehouse frequently for lunch - completely different experience! I wouldn’t try this place for an evening shift! New management is needed.

I didn't eat here but the atmosphere and customer service was GREAT. very pleasant and courteous. I appreciate that.
