I had a really great experience at this dental office. I went in for a filling, and the entire process was smooth and surprisingly comfortable. The doctor was very gentle, patient, and made sure I understood what was happening every step of the way, which really helped ease my nerves. One thing I really appreciated was how clearly the payment process was explained. They took the time to break everything down for me, answered all my questions, and made sure there were no surprises, which made me feel very confident and taken care of. The office itself was clean, welcoming, and had a calm atmosphere that made the visit even more pleasant. Overall, the professionalism and kindness of both the doctor and staff stood out to me. I would definitely recommend this dental office to anyone looking for quality care and a positive experience!

The doctor was super nice and made me feel relaxed the whole time. They also explained the payment stuff really clearly, so there was no confusion at all. Each time that I visit Eastside Dentist, I have a wonderful experience. I am that one that’s terrified of The dentist. From the front desk, the receptionist they all are so patient and wonderful. They make you feel like family. The prices are very good with my insurance. The areas are always nice and clean the set up so I’m very clean. They have patience with the patient were very rarely found in a dentist office. I always get good results and great quality love going to this in this office. I feel very secure.. This is a family Dentistry. My granddaughter loves it also

Eastside Dentistry is an amazing resource. Over the years I’ve watched Dr.E carefully curate a dedicated team of caring professionals, each person demonstrating a level of technicality and compassion that is rare today. She cross trains her team, which makes an efficient, smooth running office. Taiba & Christine are just two of her team. Dr.E is a phenomenal rarity.

This place is absolutely horrible, they will not let you know what you owe before the day of your appointment, they try adding more and more to “your care” to get more money for them, they take their time, I mean don’t rush , but dang you have to take the day off cause it takes so long, They change prices from one appointment to another , they say they will call you back but never do unless ,you have a problem, they will take more than the allowed (2) X-rays a year and tell you your insurance will not charge you! I really don’t see how they still are in business , I will never step foot in this place again and don’t suggest anyone to use them ! I tried Not giving a star but had no choice!
