Everyone is so welcoming, patient, and professional, and I honestly couldn’t ask for better service. What I love most is seeing the same familiar faces as me 🥰 It makes me feel comfortable, cared for, and confident that I’m in great hands. You can really tell that the team genuinely cares about their patients and takes pride in what they do. Dental visits can be nerve-wracking, but you all make it feel easy, calm, and even enjoyable. Thank you for consistently going above and beyond, for your compassion, and for creating such a positive and friendly environment. I had an excellent experience with Eastside Dental Group. I unexpectedly broke my crown, and they were able to get me scheduled the very next day, which was a huge relief. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist, Riana, was welcoming, friendly, and very helpful while guiding me through financing options. As a sweet bonus, she even decorated the exam room, which added such a thoughtful and personal touch. Israel completed my initial exam and was extremely patient and kind, making sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. Dr. Stephens was gentle, efficient, and respectful of my time. His bedside manner was incredibly reassuring and professional. His assistant, Kevin, was truly a standout. He went above and beyond to accommodate both me and my husband. If he hadn’t been placing my temporary crown, it honestly would have felt like we were just having a pleasant conversation. He made the entire experience relaxed and comfortable. Overall, this was an outstanding experience. I highly recommend Eastside Dental Group.

My experience with Eastside Dental was absolutely amazing! From start to finish. Their front desk staff Yasmin and Rhianna were friendly and welcoming. Kevin and Dr.Stephens handled me with the utmost care and professionalism. They made sure I was relaxed and informed every step of the way. I was able to choose a route for my oral care journey with confidence. Their in house plan is a game changer. I am very pleased with my service and happy to be a new patient.

As someone with a lot of anxiety - this is the first time I've ever felt completely safe and taken care of at a dentists office! Everyone I encountered was so welcoming, kind, patient, gentle, professional, and knowledgeable. Every question I had was answered and booking follow up appointments to get additional work done was quick. The energy is unmatched and you can tell every employee genuinely cares about each patient! They definitely make the 30 minute drive well worth it!

TikTok brought me here; great marketing, I will say. Wow, what a great experience I had here trying out this place for the first time, and they did not disappoint. What an amazing, friendly staff that was very helpful and informative, with great customer service and knowledge. I had a good experience with Bianca and Ashley. I believe Bianca did my teeth cleaning, during which she informed me with a lot of details on what needs to be done, and Ashley did my X-rays, making me feel comfortable while taking multiple pictures as we talked. I had the opportunity to meet one of the nice young doctors; I can’t remember his name, but he was a tall gentleman, light-skinned with dreads. I can tell he was young, and I was happy to see a Black man. 👏🏾 The staff was a good mix of many African Americans (Black), which definitely made me want to try the place out—almost all Black staff, including doctors, nurses, and dental assistants, or proper terms, dental hygienists. 🫶🏾 Don’t forget the lovely Latino ladies too! The atmosphere was fun and professional; I would definitely be back to support the business. They are even open on Saturday and Sunday—seven days a week! Could you imagine not having to miss work or school for a dental appointment? The decor was simple but nice as well. I believe they also have merchandise they sell with the business name and logo.
