Dr. Kissel is an Awesome pain management specialist! When it comes to treating his patients, to make them feel better when they're in pain and taking medications! He Understands your concerns and Has Wonderful bedside manners, Another reason that makes Me love him even more, is that he gives you an extra month out before you have to see him again, love it! You are Great! Dr. Kissel, Just Great!

Dr Kissel was the only pain management specialist who agreed to see me as a patient of arachnoiditis. Damage of the arachnoid membranes from too many epidural steroid injections. After I received the diagnosis [MRI CONTRAST] wanted me to have more injections. Required me to complete paperwork before they would even see me. Not Dr. Kissel! I was able to get a quick appointment with him and he did a thorough examination and said he would not advise further injections. He examines my spine each visit, monitors my intake of pharmaceuticals as necessary, low doses as possible to maintain a fair quality of life. He's an amazing doctor but I had no idea he did his internship for internal medicine at the University of Tennessee! ;-) & I'm a Roll Tide gal! I would recommend anyone who is suffering profusely from pain and especially arachnoiditis to see Dr. Michael T. Kissel. He knows what he's doing! He doesn't have waiting rooms all over Atlanta backed up with patients getting injections! His staff is great, nurse, PA, billing, appointment scheduling... I could not be in better hands. I don't live that close anymore but I'm still able to get there. Yes, that's how good he is! I might not have the will to live if it were not for Dr. Kissel. He gives me courage and so does his staff to fight the pain. You'll know there is a God and a SUPREME Creator When you're in the hands of a doctor like him! He is very protective of his patients well-being. I've seen plenty of pain management doctors throughout Atlanta, and you wouldn't believe crazy things I've had to talk to the DEA about! I'm a research analyst and he also respects that. He listens and that makes all the difference in the world.

From the time you walk into the office you feel at ease, the staff are excellent, kind and friendly I really love this office! Dr.Kissel is so good and so thorough I felt completely at ease. I do NOT do well with new situations but this is the best place and group of people! Dr.Kissel was so great during the procedure I had done, he explained what he was doing and made sure my comfort during the procedure was the top priority. I will continue to see him for years to come!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Dr. Kissel has been my pain Dr since 2013. He is so kind and compassionate. I trust him to always make sure that I am comfortable. He has such a gentle touch when doing injections in my back. I won't go to anyone else so long as he is in practice. I highly recommend him to anyone who has chronic pain.

Dr. Kissel and his staff are very caring and friendly and that gives you a level of comfort. The office is clean and neat. Dr. Kissels personality is great and he actually cares what’s going on with you. If I could give him a 10 I definitely would!
