My interaction with the front desk and the entire dental staff was OUTSTANDING!! The dental office is VERY clean!!! Dr. Woollery is a true professional as she made it very comfortable during the dental exam!! Each dental professional thereafter was kind and thorough with explaining each process during my dental treatment from start to finish!! Thank you all so much for making my visit comfortable!!! I highly, highly recommend this establishment!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing! The staff are super friendly and professional! The dentist truly takes the time to know her patients and to provide high quality dental care. My Mom and my children and I love the doctor and staff at Contemporary Dentistry!

Straight up disaster, I had a 10:30 am appointment to get fitted for dentures. And have my dentures realign. Well the doctor kept going in and out. So I stated maybe I need to come back another day. She stated that she was the only doctor In and that she had three other patients to care for. That was a sign for me to leave. But I decided to give it a chance. Two minutes later, all the lights goes out. An assistant said the lights will be out until they finish something with another patient. So I'm sitting in the dark waiting to finish up my appointment. But I couldn't. I got up and left. That was unreal, and they couldn't understand why i was leaving. So unprofessional on all levels. I'll never go there again.

I scheduled an appointment for a basic cleaning and evaluation of my teeth because I disagreed with the previous dentist’s opinion. I was informed that consultations are free and that a basic cleaning starts at $100. So, I booked follow up appointment today, believing I was coming in for that $100 cleaning after completing the consult. However, upon arrival, I was walked back for an exam. I’ve never had an exam and consultation split into separate appointments before as most companies do the exam/consult during the same appointment and then provide recommended treatment. Since that didn’t occur, I genuinely thought I was just coming in for the basic cleaning. They began the exam and started measuring my gums. Only at that point was I informed that I needed new X-rays because the ones sent by my previous dentist were “too dark.” I was then told the X-ray fee was $149. Following the exam, they said I would need a deep cleaning due to my gum health, which would cost $1,130 after a discount. They were aware I had no insurance, as that was one of the first questions I asked. I politely declined the deep cleaning and requested a basic cleaning instead—but was told "no." As I was preparing to leave, I was then informed there was a $49 exam fee. I had not been told about that fee until that very moment. I understand that miscommunication happens, but I was still frustrated, so I waited to cool off before reaching out to speak with the manager. When I called, the front desk staff member who answered was snarky. She seemed young, so I attributed the poor customer service to inexperience. Nadine, the manager, refunded the $49, which I appreciated. However, she still didn’t seem to understand that my frustration wasn’t about the money—it was about the lack of clear communication. I hope this experience helps the staff improve how they communicate with patients going forward.

*8.19.2025 - my 3rd visit for a filling. Adobe was the dental assistant. She is did an exceptional job alongside Dr. Woollery. The whole team at Contemporary Dentistry is well trained, professional and welcoming. *8.8.2025 - went to have my permanent crown installed. Has was the dental assistant and did a great job with the guidance of Dr. Woolley. Great team great experience *7.24.2025 - My 1st visit to Dr. Wollery’s office. Dr. Woolley is hands down the best dentist that I have ever seen. She is exceptionally professional as well as her team. I had a molar prepped for a permanent cap on this visit *Nadine - was the 1st person I spoke with when I got to the office. She was extremely professional. I think that she is the head physician assistant and office manager *Bonita - Was very professional. She was the engaged and thorough physician assistant assigned to my dental needs for the day. She ensured, alongside Dr. Wollery, that all aspects of my dental care were met. She stayed by my side for the duration of my visit. *Jennifer - This young lady checked me out and scheduled my appointment for my next visit. Very kind and professional What an awesome Dental office🥰
