I understand being busy. Being Kind also Matters! Hash-browns were definitely old. Possibly cooked in old grease? Tasted like cleaning products. When Ordering My Tap to pay wasn’t working. I wasn’t made aware in the drive thru. The lady up front came to my window. But was looking at me through my Windshield Yelling my name 2/3 times. What is the point of the number ticket on the windshield to just Yell* my name. She proceeded to say she needed a payment. I nodded my head since I was on the phone. There was no need to be that loud. Especially when we are 2 foot from each other. She almost got her Foot ran over not paying attention by another car. She was motioning the cars to move up then went to Grab a ticket as the cars were moving off the windshield..Way too aggressive! I’m assuming she was training other employees or maybe a manager.

Truett Cathy would be so proud to see such a wonderful establishment filled with workers carrying on his legacy. A young man named Clay, I think, truly delivered that “my pleasure” level of service that you sometimes only hear of. Took the mrs and the grand babies through Loganville and wanted to treat them to a little snack little did I know I was the one that would be treated that day. I left flashing more pearly whites than the first 200 years of US presidents! I was so impressed with such a young man’s manners toward me and also his help with the grand kids. I wouldn’t know how to order any of their mumbo jumbo but Clay took there nonsense into a real order. Also want to recognize Edgar Bush for running and training such a reliable crew. Really just makes me realize Chick-fil-A is still delivering a warm friendly service. Sorry this one was long. Love y’all - Gary P.S. New sauce is a real finger licker

My recent visit was perfect from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and very welcoming, specially Ms Kimberly. She made sure to welcome me with a smile even under the hot burning sun. My food was fresh, hot, and prepared exactly right, and the service was incredibly fast even during a busy time. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had at Chick-fil-A — I’ll be coming back!

I did a drive through order, and I want to take the time to acknowledge the young man with an ecstatic personality who acknowledged and warmly greeted me as I drove up by my name. He did what he could to ensure I was waiting comfortably. He gave me my drink first as I waited for my food to be completed. Small acts of kindness go a long way, and I appreciate the consideration. It made my drive through experience very pleasant! The food was great, other than the fries which were a bit salty. This location does a phenomenal job overall, sometimes a hit or miss depending on the staffing that day. I visit this location a couple times throughout each week, I can say the interior is always clean and well kept.

If I could, I would give 0 stars!!! For the 5th or 6th time, my order was received with items missing. Yes, we briefly checked the order, assuming everything was in there, but clearly it wasn’t. Every time this has happened, I’ve called and reported the incomplete order. I didn’t want to waste my time driving back for one or two missing items, but today I’ve had enough. Emmanuel, the store manager I spoke with today — please get your store in order and properly train your team so these mistakes stop happening. If this continues, you will lose a lot of customers. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.
