Great service and a very attentive staff. We choose to dine in and the recommendations given were perfect. Highly recommend attending the Truitts location if you haven't. Nessa was our waitress and she did a fantastic job. We have been here several times and it has never disappointed.

My family and I pulled up to this location with an enormous order - a dozen sandwiches in addition to a couple other combo meals. The staff handled the order with ease, remaining friendly and personable throughout the entire interaction. The food arrived within five minutes of placing the order, and everything was made perfectly. I highly recommend this specific Chick-fil-A, and I so appreciate your hospitality towards my family and me. Thank you all so much!

Chick-fil-a has always been the example for fast food customer service. The difference with this particular location is that they have an amazing employee named Mrs. Marlon. She helped us with the app and our order. She also brought us our food. A few min later she came back to check on us. I've never had an employee take those measures to ensure the customer service standards were met. We really appreciates her.
