CardioVascular Group - Loganville

I went to this cardiologist after being referred due to serious heart episodes. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Despite abnormal heart monitor results, my concerns were brushed off. Critical ER records were not retrieved, and when I followed up, I was treated dismissively by the nurse. I felt unheard and poorly cared for. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this office.

This is a well organized practice. I have been to many of their locations in and around the Atlanta, Georgia northeastern suburb area, and they are always cordial and helpful. They are never short or clinical no matter if you are seeing a doctor for a checkup or you are having a heart test or procedure. Certain offices handle certain tests and procedures which minimizes wait time to get whatever you need. They also have a good and easy pre check in that can be completed on your smartphone before you arrive so you don’t have a book of paperwork to fill out before you are seen for you needs. They are also good at reminding you of an appointment by text, or email, or phone which is by your preference. I am glad I was already a patient with Cardiovascular Group before I had a heart attack. Now I am able to have checkups in my town and not have to travel back to the hospital where I was treated for the heart attack.

Audrey Horne is amazing! Always so helpful and kind and compassionate. She is one of a kind! Hope this office knows how lucky they are to have an employee like her.

Very unhappy with my first time experience. I had a lingering sinus infection and started experiencing some chest discomfort.on a weekend day I went to an urgent care they ran an EKG and said there was an anomaly. Called my doctor the next business day who wanted to run another EKG. He found the same anomaly and felt I should see a cardiologist. This was very disturbing news. I am not overweight I am very active and healthy with no underlying medical issues. Firstly I'd like to say the woman at the front desk was very pleasant. Once in the room the young lady who came in to take down medical records was to my mind completely unqualified. I had to spell simple medications for her and break down dosages as she was unable to 1/2 and 1/4 them. I brought my EKGs with me.for a $100 copay the doctor basically came in looked at the papers read a transcript of my office visit with my doctor and did nothing More than order another outside test which was going to be costly to me then stating I don't really think it's anything see you in about a month. He was devoid any bedside manner whatsoever. After getting home and pondering how unhappy I was I called to speak to the office manager who was Bailey/Jill. She did nothing more than placate me and said she would get back to me. No surprise she never did. I do not recommend this office. I will not be going back.

Very professional staff from check in to check out. I always feel like i get a thorough exam and i have the utmost confidence in Dr. John.
