Burger King

DO NOT EAT HERE! About a month ago, my family and I went through the drive thru and ordered food. After paying and as we were waiting at the drive thru window we watched an older man bring a trash can up near the food bagging area. (NO GLOVES ON) he sits the trash can down and turns and begins to grab food and place it in bags. He did not wash his hands or remove gloves or anything sanitary prior to touching the food. We get the attention of the lady who accepted our payment and asked for an immediate refund. She got an attitude and said she would get the manager. Lo AND BEHOLD the manager was the older guy that had just put his nasty ungloved hands from trash to the food. We got our money back but we’re treated as though we were the inconvenience when we told the manager that we didn’t want the food because of what we watched him do. We got our money back but want to let folks know DO NOT eat here. If this is being done in front of patrons, lord only knows what is happening in the back.

Coming to this destination and I must say they have improved especially people they have hired from the other time I was here From the order taking, the lady that took my order her name is Zara and even when she cashed me out she was polite and walked me through the total. People like this make your day even when it’s going bad. The quality of food was hot and nice I had a whopper the meal.

Food was good! But: This general manager here named Elizabeth has had a lot of complaints as of late. Saw this guy upset about not getting a free refill when we can after a purchase. She told him "No, You Pay". People of the community are NOT a fan of her; also I found his video on Twitter. New management needed.

Gave it a one because if the food tastes like crap then the rest doesn't even matter. Ordered a fish sandwich. ALL bun, too SALTY, heavily fried with NO FISH. Everytime I come her I tell myself I will never be back. And yet here I am again, now, I am done. The guy at the window was VERY nice!

I was so craving a whopper and went to this burger king enroute to an event in the area. I was totally disappointed that the burger wasn't up to my standards. # 1 don't expect to have it your way free...there is a .30 upcharge for extra pickles and onions #2 after asking to pull forward and having to wait for the burger the sandwich was room temperature 😞. I'll try another BK I'm familiar with using the survey coupon for a free sandwich
