Bruster's Real Ice Cream

I haven't been to this location in awhile but decided to take my kids here today because my kids wanted to go here. It is very hot outside. While waiting behind a black lady for a long period of time because the white kids inside was acting like they didn't want to serve her. I was just watching and not saying anything because it's my money so I won't get upset. The guy ignored us and served the guy behind us and I said let's wait because maybe they served him because he is by himself and it's 5 of us. Instead they served another guy and I noticed 4 people that came after us got served before us. When I saw that we were about to be ignored I said something and the reaction was just horrible. So I just walked away and left. I'm not going to spend my money were I am not welcome.

4 stars because the staff was really nice or would’ve been a 2. But this is the first time in all the years I’ve been eating at Bruster’s that I did not enjoy the ice cream. The butter pecan had no flavor it tasted like vanilla with unsalted pecans.

The staff here are always super sweet here! I am always able to get a good vibe when coming here. I get to leave with a smile on my face from the customer service and with my favorite yummy ice cream flavor.

Very consistent here.. Friendly staff Amazing Ice cream and constant changing flavors.. Love the surprises of the new flavors.. Keep it going..

We love this Bruster's! The employees are friendly and the scoops are generous! Best treat after a walk in the park.
