Chicken biscuit was good and bo rounds seemed moderately fresh for the most part. The staff member i encountered was pleasant. Only issue was few dead roaches on the floor that could have been swept up in the eating area.
Five stars, no hesitation. From the moment I walked in, the service was on point—friendly greeting, quick line, and an accurate order without me repeating a thing. The chicken was exactly what you hope for at Bojangles: crispy, well-seasoned breading with juicy meat inside, still steaming hot when it hit the table. The seasoned fries were golden and addictive—crunch on the outside, fluffy in the middle, lightly salty with that Bojangles kick (I couldn’t stop “just one more”ing them). And the Bo Sauce deserves its own shout-out: creamy, tangy, a little peppery with a hint of sweetness. It doesn’t just sit there—it upgrades every bite. Dip the tenders, swirl the fries, then go back for the chicken; it ties the whole meal together. Dining area was clean, staff checked on guests, and the pace in the drive-thru looked efficient while I ate. Price was fair for the portion size, and everything tasted fresh rather than heat-lamps-and-hope. Pro tip: ask for an extra Bo Sauce—you’ll use it. Bottom line: great service, standout chicken, crave-worthy fries, and that Bo Sauce finishing move. This Bojangles just earned a permanent spot on my go-to list.
This was my first time visiting this drive-thru, and unfortunately, I left very disappointed. I was initially acknowledged at the speaker and asked to wait, which was completely understandable. However, I ended up waiting about five minutes just to place my order, followed by another 15-minute wait for the food to be prepared. This was on a weekday when the restaurant was not busy at all, which made the delay even more frustrating. When my order was finally handed to me—a three-tender meal—there was no apology or acknowledgment of the long wait, nor was anything offered to make up for the inconvenience. What was supposed to be a quick stop for a snack turned into an unnecessary waste of time. To make matters worse, the chicken tenders were dry, and the fries were so overly salty that they were inedible. Overall, this was a terrible first experience, and based on both the service and food quality, I will not be returning.
We were having a party and some people wanted fried chicken. Went there at the last minute and MJ the manager and Nia was absolutely amazing. Clean, fresh food. Great customer service.
Drive thru I ordered 6 sausage biscuits, buy 1 get 1 free as advertised. When I got to the window I gave the rude lady my credit card . And then she gave me my bag of biscuits and then told me the price of $20.92 . When I corrected her, she said that I didn't ask for the buy 1 get 1 free special, but I indeed did tell her buy 1 get 1 free when I placed the order. So she proceeds to slam the window in my face , without giving me my credit card back. Soon after another rude lady comes to the window with my credit card and demands that I give her the bag of biscuits back , which I did, and then she hands me my credit card and tells me that the order would have to be cancelled and then she too slams the window in my face. Long story short , I was still charged $20.92 on my card for nothing! This isn't the first time I've had problems with the nasty attitudes from some of the employees at this location, but it was the first and the last time that they ripped me off! Geez
