The is my second time visiting this wax bar. The first time, I got a wax by Steph and it was amazing. We talked about life and our kids. The wax was virtually pain free. I got a Brazilian Wax today from the older lady that’s usually the receptionist. THIS WAS THE MOST PAINFUL WAX IVE EVER HAD. I’ve been waxed while pregnant and on my cycle and this was by far the most painful experience EVER. She waxed me in 15 minutes. She refused to let the wax set even though I said verbally that it wasn’t ready. Surprise, surprise, the wax kept breaking because it was still warm. I brought a friend who was going to get a wax for the first time. I refused to allow her to get waxed because this experience was terrible. AND IT WAS $56.

I always do my service with Rachel and I love it! She does exactly what I ask, is always so friendly and kind, and my skin always ends soft and taken care. The price is good, the wax is fresh and sterile, good quality and it doesn't break the hair (like other waxing chain companies that charge you 4 times more for a pitiful service and non-appropriate material). Highly recommend!

Bad experience, I told her it was my daughter first time eyebrow wax , she did not treated her with any care . The eyebrows looked different size . One is thinner than the other one. And left bald spots. I told her they were colored and she refused to clean them before waxing. I tooked her here because of the name of the salon , which I thought they know how to work with eyebrows because of the name . Service and communication was very awful .

My brows look amazing. I don’t think they’ve ever looked this good. Steff is a perfectionist (which I love) and even went as far to fill in my brows for me. Unfortunately, I’m only in the area during my school breaks, but she is definitely the only stylist I’ll be patronizing when I need my brows down when I’m in town. During summer break, I’m coming back to get powdered brows! Very excited!
