I cant say enough about Dr K. He was awesome kind patient and understanding. Then there was Anu this young lady is the most caring kind understanding person i have meet in a long time. She was amazing she deserves a raise. Another awesome lady i dealt with was Omega yes was amazing and kind. Dr K, Anu and Omega where very knowledgeable and very good at their. From the young lady at the front desk to the lady that does the finace im sorry i dont remember your names but yall were awesome as well. Thank yall for a great experience

Their customer service was exceptional, and they took the time to make sure I understood every step of the process. What impressed me most was their attention to detail and precision. I had a great experience at Aspen Dental today. From the moment I walked in, Tiffany at the front desk was very professional and welcoming during check-in, which made the process smooth and stress-free. The dental technician who brought me back and completed my exam was wonderful—I truly loved her energy and how comfortable she made me feel throughout the visit. My doctor did an excellent job explaining everything in detail, making sure I fully understood what I needed and answering all of my questions with patience and care. Lastly, the team member who handled my billing was extremely kind and helpful. She made that part of the visit just as pleasant as the rest. Overall, a very positive experience with a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional team. I would definitely recommend Aspen Dental!

Appointment scheduling was quick & received a call back the day before appointment. ALL staff was friendly, the best thing is that rates were reasonable & and didn’t hurt the way visits to the dentist usually do. They usually hurt both mouth & pocket. Aspen was different. The Dentist was amiable and understanding. You have a patient for life.

Was taken back to get X-rays very quickly, then, I waited for nearly 3 hours before anyone came in to see me and when they finally did come in- they did not do anything at all and as a bonus- I later found that I had more then one abscess which was very visible on my X-rays and they did not say a single word about it nor did they give me any antibiotics. I was dumbstruck. It was a complete waste of time and money. I'll never be back there.
