Applebee's Grill + Bar

I was pleased with my experience here. I placed my order online before my work break started. When I got there it wasn’t ready and I was a little upset but the bar tender was kind enough to prioritize my order although he was basically the only one in the restaurant handling the customers. He also gave me a drink while I waited. My spinach dip was fresh and tasted delish! I have yet to find a spinach dip that’s better than Applebees. I have tried several other places and I rate Applebees as #1 for years!

First time at this location on a random Tuesday night and I was very impressed. This might be one of the best experiences I’ve had at an Applebees. It started with the very pleasant hostess who truly made us feel welcomed. Our server was incredibly attentive and sweet during our time there. The food was honestly really good as well. It was very fresh and cooked to perfection with great flavor. We will return.

Shanice was our server. She greeted us as we walked in and wanted to sit at the bar. She promptly served our drinks and got our food order quickly. It came out perfect! Shanice checked on us multiple times and made sure we had everything we needed. She was hands down the best server I’ve had at Applebees loganville! Shanice was professional, polite, prompt and very knowledgeable about the menu. She needs to be in high management position (in my opinion). Thank you Shanice! 🩵💙

My family and I a party of 13 went there on January 17 2026 at around 3 o’clock in the afternoon after a memorial service that we had attended for my brother-in-law. We were seated and it was about 35-40 minutes before they even came to the table to take our drink order. Josh was overheard saying that he was leaving at 4 o’clock and did not give a crap and this was after we had gotten there. He did finally come to the table to get our drink order. It was not busy in there when we first got in there there was maybe four people in the place. It was 6 o’clock before I pulled into my driveway and I live in Snellville so that’s how long we were there we waited forever. It was as if no one wanted to take our table. One of the girls that was with us did not receive her food until we were about to get ready to leave. I’m sorry but big party or not this could’ve went a lot better. I was told the manager was sitting back in the office. He or she did not come out to the table to check on our service or anything. The waitress that finally took over for Josh was back in the kitchen cooking our food. I’m not sure what would’ve happened if they had had a rush yesterday this was horrible service and I am sorry to say that I will never be back to this Applebee’s again. I’m not sure how this restaurant has stayed open over the years because I hear constant bad feedback For this restaurant. They could’ve come out and offered some kind of explanation or compensation or something for the service. We got our appetizer when the food was served. It was cold. I’m not sure who the manager is at the store, but they should be fired. I just felt like the bartender or anyone could’ve come and taken our drink order quicker than they did. Josh was not professional and disappeared after we got our drinks. The waitress I’m sure did the best that she could.

I ordered delivery 12/4/25 Waffle fries Neighbor nachos: nachos had very little beef, pica de gallo, cheese, Fresh slice jalapenos, The guacamole with brown and green..I refuse to taste it. Lots of nacho. Searching for toppings. Salty taste. Chicken quesadilla Ultimate trio
