My son was a first time patient here at Alcovy Neurology! The office staff here are nice and respectful, when you speak to them on the phone they are very understanding and cordial. The scheduler kept us on a list to assure we got an available appointment as soon as possible. My son has special needs and they spoke to him like an adult and treated him with the upmost respect. The Dr. was officiant and caring and spent ample time with us to listen to our sons story and medical history. We are very impressed and thankful we could get in with this practice!

Im always treated very well at Alcovy Neurology. Dr. Lacayo is outstanding. I just met Thor, his P.A. who is very knowledgeable and caring. He set me up for success in a couple of areas im struggling with. I've been going there for many years and this is the best neurologist anywhere.

Every staff member I encountered was very nice, didn’t rush me, including Dr. Lacayo and the NP. Dr. Lacayo was very personable, not in a rush. He took time to explain upcoming tests and what he info those tests can give him. He explained everything on a level that I could understand.

I have been a patient of Alcovy neurology office for over five years. In my opinion from the front office staff to Dr. Lacayo and his team. For the most part, I see Amy Hill at the majority of my visits. She has never rushed our visits and it’s one of the most compassionate individuals that I have ever had the privilege to stay that I am really going to miss her. She told me at my last visit that she is leaving on April 30. I’m confident that I will continue to to receive the same treatment from whatever PA I see at my next visit. I will update as needed.

Dr. Lacayo is a kind, proffesional and expert in neurology. What I most liked is the time he brings in every consult. This is not a rush clinician. He asked questions and answer our questions until we get satisfied. I recomended him to any person who wants an excelent care.
