Their staff is SO rude. Said NO service animals allowed even if someone is blind. Also even though I'm 140 pounds & I used to weigh over 359, they said they couldn't see me for ANY reason, but they'd be HAPPY to help me lose weight. Seriously? Way to make someone whose lost over 200 pounds to feel insecure.

Been seeing Dr. Syed since 2024 always open and honest conversations. Her front desk Clark and nurses are top tier, awesome! 10/10 from me.

Dr Syed is a very caring Doctor and she try to help patient as much as she can and her staff that she has now is good and patient I love it here

My experience with the office has been very professional and friendly. T'Asia and the rest of the staff are always willing to assist with my needs.

Word of mouth originally brought me to Dr. Syed. I did read the reviews prior to making an appt. I have to say I gave the office a chance because a good friend recommended them. We have been under her care for over two years and today is the last day. Unfortunately the Dr is unable to find competent, caring, patient staff members. I feel bad for Dr. Syed because she really is a good knowledgeable Dr that takes her time with patients. It’s hard to go to the practice and not have a gnawing feeling towards the staff because of how they treat the patients. They never answer the phone and when they do be ready to be accused of not being truthful about them NOT answering. The front staff come off as semi hostile and you really just have to rush through it so you can see the Dr. We have more than once NOT received a call back about our bloodwork. Communication lacks at this office. I hope for the future of this Dr is she finds a good office manager to get her staff in line with the way the Dr treats her patients. We just can’t take it anymore and had to leave. I hope Dr. Syed sees that her staffs attitudes are costing her patients.
