Ada's African Hair Braiding

If I can give them a zero I would. I showed them a short cut crochet style and Ada said they could do it. So I purchased three packs of crochet hair. Then she said she could get closer to the style I wanted with sew-in hair so I purchased two packs of sew-in. Then she had another girl do my hair. Ada decided to leave for the day and asked me to pay in advance and I said "No". And when the other girl finished my sew-in (which looked awful like a raggedy mop head) she told me they didn't cut hair and she couldn't cut it in the style I showed them. The owner lied to me so I want my $110 back. I had to go home and take the sew-in out and redo my own hair. I will never ever do business with them again and will tell everyone I know in Loganville about this shady shop. It was a waste of time and money. In response to the shop's response: If you're under the impression that my tip was an indication that I liked my hairdo, it was not. I had 20"s so I paid with what I had. It was not my intention to even pay with cash but you told me that if I didn't pay before you left and before my hair was finished I had to pay in cash. Apparently you don't trust the girls who work with you enough to accept credit cards when you're not there. Also you said that you could not give me a 100% guarantee that the style would look exactly like the picture but the lady who did my hair did not even attempt to cut my hair in the style that I showed you. In fact after she finished my sew-in, she said that you guys do not cut hair into styles because you are not stylists. When I left the shop I was not happy at all with my style but what else was I supposed to do at that point. I'm not the type of person to make a scene or refuse to pay for a service. Also my issue was not with the girl who did my hair. You were the person that I had spoken to several times about my hair and you had left - but not before trying to make me pay for a hairdo that wasn't finished which shows me that you are more concerned about getting paid than you are about your employees or your clients.

Did a walk in on a Sunday and was out in 4 hours. Knotless braids came out neat and beautiful and the price was reasonable! I will definitely be back again! The owner and braiders were very friendly.

Always have a great experience here. I’ve always been able to make appointments even on the same day. Reasonable prices. Nice clean establishment. Never disappoints.

Very unsatisfied with my hair. I asked that my hair be the same size consistently all over it is not the front is small as for the back is huge. When i specifically told the girl to do the same size all over . I just feel like it’s not worth the money . They want you to pay for extra boho to do a poor job . Honestly I just want my money back . . Overrated ! Disappointing when they have did you hair before and it was way better than this .!!!

I had a very good experience. My first time, I came in at 4pm and they did my hair as a walk in. I got small full boho braids. They provided the hair so I didn't have too. Deborah did a really good job.
