Today, Aaron and Chris, came out and installed a new water heater. I called him the day prior and showed up next day. He was amazing, on time, polite, respectful, just all around greatness. (As well as his helper Chris.) Definitely worth more than 5 stars.They even cleaned the space prior and after install. I definitely recommend AT&T Plumbing for any plumbing issue. He will be my first and only call in the future. Thank you Aaron and Chris for all you did today.

Aaron stopped by our business one day and we had a small toilet problem. He stepped in and fixed the problem in less than 5 minutes for us! Great guy and would highly recommend.

Aaron provided excellent service when I had a leak in my bathroom. Even though I called on a Saturday evening, he took the time to do a video call to assess the situation and scheduled me for Monday morning. He arrived on time, cut out and replaced the bad ball joint quickly, and got my water back on by noon. I really appreciated his honesty—he didn't just fix the leak; he gave me valuable advice about the copper piping in my house since I'm on a well. Aaron is one of the most knowledgeable plumbers! He came same day when I called and met us on the project site 2 hours later. He saw the job and was quick to respond and knew exactly what he was doing. You can't go wrong hiring him.

When I first contacted A&T plumbing I had a small issue with my hot water, but it turned out to be an easy fix. However, Aaron pointed out something that I knew would become a problem later on but I did not know the extent of what could happen until he showed me. That house he showed me was two stories and I could imagine the headache those homeowners had. Anyways, the house I purchased had polybutylene pipes and I knew from the home inspection that they worked and should be replaced when it stops working. Well if you have polybutylene pipes when it goes IT GOES and the cost of repiping the whole house outweighed the risk and cost of potentially having to repair walls, floors, crawlspace, electrical, and ultimately the plumbing anyway which would have forced us to move out of the house we just purchased. A&T Plumbing Services provided a great quote for the whole home repipe and changed the pipes over to PEX B and installed a new water heater that I purchased. I can now say that the hot water flows without issue and I don't have to worry about the house being messed up. I also opted to get some updates in the bathroom. Aaron and Nick did a great job on the work and put in a lot of time the first day of the project which I was really grateful for! He'll arrive on time, explain to you what options you can take on the work that he is doing and has to do before he does it so that there are new surprises, and most importantly will get the job done right. Lastly, Aaron can supply you a contact for dry wall who does an amazing job. I highly recommend you use this plumbing service for any of your plumbing needs, but especially for a whole home repipe. They are trustworthy, reliable, and professionals. If you haven't noticed by now, there is a reason why you can't find anything bad about this company on any website it's because their work and ethics speaks volumes.
